AA-1104 Case List Split View​: ​P​rovides users the ability to view and edit certain details on the Case List screen so that ​t​hey not have to go to the Case Detail screen to complete ​t​he most common updates, e.g. status changes, notes, and attachments.  

AA-1131 Workload Report Drill to Details​: Provides users the ability to ​drill from the Workload Report ​to the details on the Case List screen.
