Summary of Changes
General
The Subjects list and Subject Detail screen have been removed.
Case List
Initial view is more concise with fewer default fields.
Columns are grouped under Type, Subject and Case for clarity.
Quick View buttons have been added to swiftly move between default views..
The ability to save a custom view will be available early next year.
Column selection will now be remembered the same as filter selections so if you navigate away and come back, your view will be exactly as you left it.
Case Detail
Layout updated
Subject detail at the top.
Additional sections now side by side for better visibility.
Edit added to each section.
All case fields are still in the same right hand view. These will be separated to be only the fields in the section early next year.
Edit screens widened to improve layout.
Notes text 255 character limit removed.
Case List section shows additional cases, excluding the one selected.
Reports
This is where we will be adding standard reports along with the ability to create custom reports. We have included a sample workload report at this time.
Case List Quick Views
View Default
This list shows the most recently updated case for each subject regardless of status. There will only be one case listed per subject.
View Active
This list shows only active cases, e.g. no completed or cancelled ones. If a subject has more than one active case open, it will list all of them. For example, Wet Whistle Whiskey Bar in the screenshot.
Businesses
This list shows only businesses and only their one most recently updated case. Additional business information is included, NAICS, Email, and Website.
Residences
This list shows only residences and only their one most recently updated case. Additional residence information is included, Score and Parcel ID.
View All
This list shows all cases for all subjects with all columns available. The view is very crowded, but useful if you want to export a list of all cases with all fields.

Sections have been place side by side to improve layout.

Screens have been widened to improve layout.
Workload Report
This report shows a count of cases by subject type, case type, then status. It is a quick sample and additional reporting functionality will be available no later than mid-2025.
