Technical Difficulties?

For technical difficulties, send an email to help@taxscribe.com. Please include the browser you are using, your county and a description of the issue along with a screenshot showing the web address.

Support Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern

Requests received prior to 1:00pm will be answered same day.

Requests received after 1:00pm will be answered by noon the next business day. (Although usually we are faster.)

FAQ's
  1. How do I sign up to use BizLink?
    1. You register at your filing counties website. BizLink Jurisdictions. See the BizLink User's Guide for samples.
  2. I file in several counties, do I have to register with each one?
    1. No. One BizLink account is good for all counties
  3. What if I forget my password?
    1. Use the 'Forgot Password' on any county page to reset it.
  4. What do I do if I need help?
    1. For general questions and access, contact the county in which you are filing. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, send an email to help@taxscribe.com. Please include the browser you are using, a description of the issue along with a screen shot.
  5. What browser should I use?
    1. BizLink is best in Chrome, ensure that third party cookies are enabled
  6. I click 'View PDF' and nothing happens.
    1. Be sure that Pop-ups are enabled, i.e. turn off any blockers.
  7. I get “A request to the API has been denied” when trying to sign in.
    1. If third party cookies are enabled, this one can be a little more tricky. That message is usually the result of your company's settings. We are happy to help, but someone from your IT department will be helpful. Right click on the page and open the 'Inspect' panel. Select the Console tab. If the message 'This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.' appears under Mixed Content, have your IT department review.
  8. I need to change something on the listing I submitted.
    1. Contact the county in which you are filing and request that they return the form to you. Once returned, you can make changes and resubmit.

Prior User

  1. I am a prior user of TaxScribe, will my old account and password work?
    1. Unfortunately not. BizLink is an entirely new system, you will need to sign up again but registration is simple and quick.
  2. As a prior user of TaxScribe, will my old data be there?
    1. No. Since BizLink is entirely new and there was a missed year, old data is unavailable. However, PDF copies of past year's forms can be requested by email: help@taxscribe.com
