TaxScribe Business: Login, Registration, & Forgotten Passwords

You only need to register once to use TaxScribe Business in any of its supported states.  Your e-mail and password are used for all states and jurisdictions so no multiple logins.  If you file in multiple states, switch on the TaxScribe home page.  If you file in multiple jurisdictions, switch on the State's home page.

Login

TaxScribe Homepage

On the TaxScribe home page, https://bpp.taxscribe.app/home, select the state in which you will be filing.

After selecting your state, select where you will be filing:

North Carolina

Select your county


Michigan

Select your county and local unit

Login

Login using your email and password.

Current Users

Current users do not need to do anything in order to access the new version of TaxScribe.  Of course, if you have forgotten you password, just use the 'Forgot your Password?' link to get a new one. 

New User Registration

To get started as a first time user, click on Register to create an account

Enter your name, email, and a password. Click 'Create Account' to begin. Upon clicking Create Account, you are taken to the verify account page that instructs you to check your email to verify your account or resent the verification. You will receive an email with a login link to complete the registration process.  If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can repeat the registration process or request a new password using the 'Forgot Password' function to resend the link.  In some cases, a firewall or email rule may be blocking the email entirely.  Please contact your IT department to allow emails from no-reply@taxscribe.app.

NOTE: we recommend you use a generic email to create your account if you are a business with multiple users.


  

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself. Just select the Forgot your Password? link on the Login Page.

Enter your email address and press the Reset Password button. You'll receive a confirmation followed by an email with a login link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can repeat the registration process or request a new password using the 'Forgot Password' function to resend the link. In some cases, a firewall or email rule may be blocking the email entirely. Please contact your IT department to allow emails from no-reply@taxscribe.app.
